A social media user named Sushant Mehta shared a X post in which he criticized Mahindra’s automotive design and service quality. He expressed dissatisfaction with Mahindra’s current vehicle designs, service standards, and customer experience. He also pointed out the lack of aesthetic appeal in Mahindra’s vehicles and said the company should improve ground-level operations, such as spare parts availability and employee behavior.
